Position: Sales Associates

Location: Rs Puram, Coimbatore.

Timing: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Pay: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month + performance based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will:

• Engage with walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
• Promote and sell premium home furnishing products effectively.
• Provide accurate product information and styling suggestions to customers.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle billing support and coordinate with internal teams when required.
• Maintain showroom presentation, product displays, and stock awareness.
• Ensure a smooth and pleasant in-store customer experience.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales (retail sales experience is a strong advantage).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for retail selling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive, result-oriented attitude with high ownership and accountability.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering premium service experience.
• Professional appearance and a proactive, growth-driven approach.
