It's Customer Service job in Banking domain

Qualification :Both Graduate & UG can apply

Shifts : 8 AM to 8 PM, Any 9 hours of login & days Roster

Language Proficiency

English, Tamil, Kannada, & Malayalam

Key responsibilities and Accountability:

  • Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming, or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
  • Understanding client requirements and offering product; accordingly, answering potential customers questions and follow-up call questions
  • Need to adhere to the shift adherence

Monthly CTC :

Fresher : 14000 in hand & CTC 18,000 PM For Experience: 17000 in hand & CTC 21,000 PM (Based on the last drawn salary)
