Laser Machine Operator (Night & Evening Shift)

Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced Laser Machine Operator to operate CNC laser cutting machines in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment. The role focuses on producing high-quality, precise components while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Shift Details

• Night Shift: 11:30 PM 7:30 AM (Sunday to Friday)
• Evening Shift: 3:30 PM 12:00 AM (Sunday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser cutting machines safely and efficiently
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders
• Monitor cutting operations for accuracy and quality
• Perform basic setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Inspect finished parts for precision and defects
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a CNC Laser Machine Operator
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work evening or night shifts
• Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills

Work Authorization (Mandatory)

• Must have valid work authorization
• Open Work Permit holders are eligible
• No employer sponsorship available
• Must be able to work full-time without sponsorship

• Standing for long periods
• Shift-based work (Evening or Night shift)
