Manager- Supply Planning

As a Supply Planner at Reckitt, your primary responsibility will be to ensure finished goods availability at SKU-DC level on a timely basis and as per forecast while optimizing inventory. You will be responsible for production planning and distribution planning across pan-India DCs and multiple sourcing sites. Your role will involve managing communication between key stakeholders to assess supply risks and opportunities as part of the S&OP process.

• *Scope/Dimensions of Role:**
• Engage closely with Sales, Brand, Production, and other supply teams to ensure stock availability at the right location and time.
• Collaborate with EMO operations, NPD team, Logistics, Customer Service, Quality, and Import site for plan execution.
• Play a vital role during product transitions and implementation of artwork revisions to minimize material write-offs.
• Actively participate in and provide key support for executing supply chain projects.
• *Your Responsibilities:**
• Ensure stock availability for MT, ECOM, and CSD channels as per desired shelf life.
• Coordinate with regional teams to drive range SKU's stock availability at DC level.
• Execute Promos/Artwork changes/Price Changes/legal compliances at factories/EMOs on time.
• Meet Net Working Capital targets while ensuring desired service levels.
• Provide input for long-term capacity planning and yearly budget exercise.
• Ensure NPD rollouts are on time and minimize SLOB and Inventory write-offs.
• *Key Challenges:**
• Maintain superior service levels for range SKUs as per desired shelf life of each channel.
• Manage inventory at DCs based on storage segmentation.
• *Qualifications Required:**
• MBA in Supply Chain or Operations Management.
• 3-5 years of experience in Planning & Supply Chain Management in fast-paced organizations.
• Strong commitment to KPIs and excellence.
• Commercial awareness and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
