Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and complaints via calls, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
- Adhere to quality standards and process guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Both Graduates and Undergraduates can apply
Job Details
- Process: 24x7, Rotational Shifts
- Work Days: 6 days working with Rotational Week Off
- Shift Note: Day shift available for female candidates
- Salary: Up to 25,000 per month (In-hand)
