Job Title: Research Associate Intern

Location: Hyderabad, India

Stipend: INR 10,000 per month

Internship Duration: 6 months

Working day : Monday - Saturday

• Full-Time Employment Opportunity:

Based on performance, interns may be offered a full-time position with a salary of

INR 2.61 LPA.

• Laptop Requirement:

Candidates must have their own laptop for the duration of the internship.

• Rotational Shifts:

This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evening or

weekend hours, depending on project requirements.

Shift Timings:

Shift A:

6:30 AM - 15:00 PM

Shift B:

14:30 PM - 23:00 PM

Shift C:

22:30 PM - 7:00 AM

• Number of Openings:

We are hiring 6 candidates for this role.

• Performance-Based Incentives:

Additional incentives will be provided for every successful lead conversion during

the internship.

About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Research Associate

Interns to join our dynamic market research team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-

on experience in the field of market intelligence and consulting. Exceptional performers will

be offered a full-time role upon completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary and secondary market research to gather relevant data.
• Analyze market trends and prepare reports based on findings.
• Support the research team with data collection, interpretation, and analysis.
• Assist in creating company profiles, including financial analysis and recent

developments.

• Perform SWOT, PEST, and Porter’s Five Forces analysis for various markets.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality reports within deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Open to students currently pursuing or recently graduated with an MBA or BBA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for market research and a willingness to learn.
