Role Overview
Realtor Growth Engine is looking for a polished, confident, and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive / Pre-Sales Executive who can speak fluently in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
This role is not about cold calling random databases.
You will be calling warm inbound leads generated through our Meta Ads campaigns. These leads are mainly real estate Channel Partners who have shown interest in our training, lead generation, and business growth programs.
Your main responsibility will be to speak to incoming leads, understand their current business situation, qualify them, and convince serious prospects to book a Discovery / Strategy Call with our senior team.
Our current funnel includes Meta Ads, landing pages, short VSLs, paid call booking, telephonic verification, and strategy calls, so this role will be important in moving leads from initial enquiry to qualified call booking.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Calling & Qualification
- Call incoming leads generated through Meta instant form campaigns.
- Understand the lead’s business, current ad spend, problems, and seriousness.
- Qualify whether the lead is a good fit for our programs or services.
- Filter out casual, time-pass, irrelevant, or non-serious enquiries.
- Maintain a professional and consultative tone during every call.
Discovery Call Booking
- Explain the value of the Discovery / Strategy Call.
- Convince qualified leads to book a call with the senior consultant / founder.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Reduce no-shows by confirming the call time and reminding the prospect.
- Ensure only serious and relevant prospects reach the final call stage.
CRM & Lead Tracking
- Update lead status properly in the CRM or tracking sheet.
- Maintain accurate notes after every conversation.
- Track follow-ups, call outcomes, objections, and next actions.
Share daily updates
Communication & Follow-Up
- Handle conversations in English, Hindi, and Marathi confidently.
- Send basic WhatsApp follow-up messages after calls.
- Handle common objections related to budget, time, trust, and need.
- Build rapport with real estate Channel Partners without sounding pushy.
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, pre-sales, telecalling, counselling, or appointment setting.
- Excellent spoken communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Confident, polished, and slightly upscale personality.
- Ability to speak to business owners and real estate professionals.
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand the prospect’s pain points.
- Comfortable using CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and basic calling tools.
- Target-oriented mindset with good follow-up discipline.
Highly Preferred
- Experience in real estate, edtech, coaching, consulting, financial services, insurance, or high-ticket sales.
- Experience handling inbound leads from Facebook / Instagram ads.
- Experience booking strategy calls, consultation calls, demo calls, or counselling calls.
- Understanding of real estate Channel Partners, developers, or property sales is a strong plus.

Compensation
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Final salary will depend on communication skills, experience, confidence level, and overall fit.
