“L2 Application Support” → Key responsibility (batch monitoring, issue resolution)

“Engineer/Analyst” → Matches technical + support nature (SQL, PL/SQL, Data bricks, OIC)

Needed candidates with L2 Support experience in: 8+ years’ experience required

Oracle Retail Merchandising System

Oracle Retail Invoice Matching

Oracle Retail Sales Audit

Oracle Retail Price Management

Merchandising, - Support L2 Application Support, Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and data flows, ensuring timely resolution of failures.

Strong experience in SQL, PLSQL, Data bricks, OIC.
