You will
- Be placed in a call rotation and provide exceptional technical and operational support to our users, resolve issues, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our product and services.
- Provide front-line technical support to users, handling daily tasks, resolving issues, and creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Manage user operational tasks, respond to support inquiries, document issues, and coordinate problem resolution.
- Contribute to product and service improvement by providing feedback, testing new releases, and researching industry trends.
- Fulfill additional duties as agreed upon.
The Candidate
Must-have qualifications
- 3+ years related experience in Information Technology
- 3+ years related experience in application support and/or system administration
- Postsecondary education in Computer Systems Technology or related fields
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, and networking fundamentals
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have experience
- Experience with HIS/RIS interfaces, HL7 interfaces, DICOM
- Experience with technical ticketing systems
- Experience with cybersecurity fundamentals
- Experience with Linux, server setup and maintenance
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, e.g., Google, AWS, Azure
