Paralegal - Estate - Remote Working

Work Schedule: IST 6:30 PM- 3:30 AM , Monday - Friday |

The Paralegal will be a key member of Real's Legal Department assisting the One Real Mortgage business. The Paralegal will work on a variety of legal support activities, including providing support to maintain the Company's licenses and providing clerical and administrative support. The position is fully remote.

Assist in supporting the Company's mortgage licensing activities, including applications for new licenses and license maintenance activities.

Assist in managing and implementing compliance matters, including marketing compliance reviews.

Type business letters, memorandums, presentations, and other correspondence in an accurate and timely manner;

Create and edit presentations/spreadsheets;

Requires gaining a thorough knowledge of company policies, practices and people, particularly as it relates to the work of the teams supported. Also requires building and maintaining good relationships with internal and external contacts.

Project tasks and project management responsibilities, as assigned from time-to-time.

This role requires digital fluency or – at a minimum – a willingness to learn.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Education & Experience:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in the related field
• Bachelors Degree
