Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a PHP Laravel Technical Lead located in Pune, with a combination of on-site and remote work options. In this position, you will oversee the technical design and development of software solutions using PHP and Laravel frameworks. You will lead a team of developers, manage project timelines, ensure code quality, and provide mentorship to team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, designing scalable and efficient technical solutions, and troubleshooting as necessary to ensure the success of projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, including expertise in PHP and the Laravel framework
• Experience working with Databases, with strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity practices to ensure secure application development
• Understanding of Network Security concepts relevant to web application deployment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering successful projects
