Head of Sales – Building a High-Growth Engine (Hybrid in Nanaimo, BC)The OpportunityReal Estate Webmasters (REW) is a 22 year, privately-owned website, leads and CRM market leader SaaS company specific to the real estate industry. We are looking for a Head of Sales with experience in a SaaS environment who is a 'Builder' at heart—someone who loves the process of turning a vision into a high-performing reality.Our Core ValuesAt REW, we live and breathe these values.   • Support & Execute: Inherit a strong account management team and provide them with the mentorship and tools they need to scale and succeed.
  • Build the new: Recruit and train 3 to 5 account executives / net new sales reps.
  • Drive Accountability: Run the sales department with clarity and discipline using our established EOS meeting rhythms (Level 10s).
  • Finish the Work: We need a leader who doesn't just start projects but has the grit to see them through to the finish line.

Measure what matters.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 CAD.
  • Target Quarterly OTE: $200,000 CAD (Uncapped)

  • 4 weeks vacation and extended benefits after 3 months
