Hybrid Business Systems Analyst Role

Elevate technology solutions as a Business Systems Analyst in a hybrid work environment. Liaise between stakeholders and technical teams, while driving application development and database management. Reporting to the IT Project Manager, this role requires expertise in assessing business needs, conducting quality assurance, and leading system implementations.

You’ll document requirements and execute testing plans that enhance business operations and support organizational goals. Collaborate with diverse teams and lead workshops to ensure alignment on technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business problems for automated solutions
• Gather requirements and assess project needs
• Create User Acceptance Testing and Quality Assurance plans
• Document business and system requirements for projects
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycles Requirements:
• 5+ years business analysis experience in technical settings
• 5+ years quality assurance testing of software
• 3+ years experience with CRM systems
• Knowledge of SQL and database administration
• Strong analytical and communication skills Engage with stakeholders and lead impactful projects that strengthen the real estate sector through innovative technology solutions.
