Lab Technician – Micronutrient Fertilizer Industry (India)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Lab Technician for a micronutrient fertilizer manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for testing of micronutrients, maintaining lab records, and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform testing of micronutrients such as Zinc (Zn), Iron (Fe), Manganese (Mn), etc

Prepare samples and handle chemicals safely

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all lab processes

Record and maintain accurate test results in registers/logs

Assist in developing and updating SOPs for lab work

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the laboratory

Report any errors or abnormalities in test results

Requirements

B.Sc (Chemistry / Agriculture) or Diploma in relevant field (preferred)

Freshers can apply (training will be provided)

Basic understanding of laboratory work and chemicals

Willingness to follow SOPs and documentation system strictly

Disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn

Preferred Skills:

Experience in fertilizer, chemical, or testing lab

Basic knowledge of titration or lab instruments

Good attention to detail

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
