Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage and support

Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments including configuration, monitoring, and system maintenance.
• Manage user accounts, roles/responsibilities, and access control ensuring security compliance and segregation of duties.
• Monitor system health, application performance, concurrent managers, and background services to ensure system availability.
• Perform environment administration, including instance configuration, environment cloning coordination, and system parameter management.
• Manage migration of configuration objects between DEV, TEST, and PROD environments using Oracle tools.
• Export and import EBS configuration objects such as Concurrent Programs, Value Sets, Descriptive Flexfields (DFF), Lookups, Request Groups,
• Menus, Responsibilities, Profile Options, Alerts, and Workflow definitions.
• Use tools such as FNDLOAD, Data Pump, and SQL scripts to migrate configuration objects between Oracle EBS environments.
• Support Oracle Fusion configuration migration using tools such as Functional Setup Manager (FSM), configuration packages, and setup data migration.
• Configure and maintain Oracle EBS web access, including setup and management of Oracle WebLogic / Apache services, external access configuration, and URL security settings.
• Manage and troubleshoot integrations between ERP and external systems using APIs, web services, or file-based interfaces.
• Coordinate and apply Oracle patches, security updates, and quarterly releases following change management procedures.
• Troubleshoot application issues, concurrent program failures, workflow errors, and interface failures.
• Support ERP integrations related to logistics, banking, and export operations.
• Maintain system documentation, environment configurations, and deployment procedures.
• Ensure ERP environments comply with security, audit, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and database teams for backup, recovery,and disaster recovery planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle EBS system administration.
• Must have objects migration experience from the app level,
• Must have skills in the object’s movement from one environment to another environment.
• Strong in EBS and someone with Fusion knowledge will be an ideal candidate.
• Good documentation and communication skills
