Job Description

RBM Infracon Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head Human Resources to lead and strengthen the complete HR function across corporate office as well as project/site operations.

We are specifically looking for candidates from Oil & Gas, EPC, Refinery, Petrochemical, Industrial Construction, Shutdown, and Maintenance background. Preference will be given to professionals who have worked with reputed organizations such as L&T, Afcons, Reliance Industries Limited, Essar, Nayara Energy, or similar large industrial companies.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition, manpower planning, industrial relations, labour law compliance, contractor workforce management, payroll governance, PF, ESIC, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the complete HR function for corporate and project/site operations
  • Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business growth
  • Drive manpower planning, recruitment, and leadership hiring
  • Handle large-scale blue-collar and white-collar workforce management
  • Manage industrial relations, labour issues, and employee discipline
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, CLRA, PF, ESIC, bonus, wages, and other statutory requirements
  • Oversee contractor labour management, documentation, and workforce governance
  • Strengthen payroll systems, attendance management, onboarding, and employee records
  • Build and implement HR policies, SOPs, reporting systems, and review mechanisms
  • Support workforce mobilization and manpower deployment across multiple project locations
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management systems
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, admin, and management teams for seamless execution

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as HR Head / Head HR / Senior HR Leader
  • Strong exposure in Oil & Gas / EPC / Refinery / Petrochemical / Industrial Projects
  • Experience in both Corporate HR and Project / Site HR
  • Strong command over Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, Contractor Workforce Management, Payroll, PF, ESIC
  • Experience in handling multi-location workforce and project manpower
  • Strong leadership, execution, and organization-building ability
  • Candidates from L&T, Afcons, Reliance, Essar, Nayara, or similar companies will be preferredRole & responsibilities
