Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Professional, based in Manitoba, Canada, with some flexibility for remote work. The Insurance Professional will manage and provide customized insurance solutions to clients, maintain excellent customer service, and build lasting relationships. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, providing policy recommendations, supporting insurance brokerage activities, and ensuring clients understand their insurance and financial options. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential to deliver seamless service and maintain a high standard of excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in Insurance, including life, health, home, auto, and other related products
• Understanding of Finance concepts and the ability to provide relevant financial advice and solutions
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly to clients
• Experience in Insurance Brokerage and Customer Service to build trust and effectively address client needs
• Proficiency in client relationship management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Professional designation in insurance or finance (e.g., LLQP or CIP) is an asset
