Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Business Immigration Paralegal. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, managing case files, assisting attorneys with visa applications and petitions, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and addressing client inquiries. The role will involve coordinating with clients, managing deadlines, and conducting research related to immigration processes and regulations. The Business Immigration Paralegal will also support the team in streamlining processes for efficient case management.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Immigration Law and issues related to H-1B, O visas, L-1 transfers, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 visas
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and case file management
• Experience working with various types of visas and business immigration processes
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification; experience in legal or immigration environments preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with legal software and tools is a plus

Must work US hours (8am-5pm EST)

Experience required : 2-5 years
