Personal Care Worker (India)

A babysitter is responsible for providing attentive, safe, and nurturing care to children in the absence of their parents or guardians. The role involves supervising daily activities, ensuring the child’s well-being, and creating a positive and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to dietary needs
• Assist with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, diapering if needed)
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities such as games, reading, and crafts
• Help with homework and educational activities (if applicable)
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the child
• Follow parents’ instructions regarding routines, discipline, and care
• Put children to bed according to set schedules
• Monitor children’s health and report any concerns to parents
• Handle emergencies calmly and responsibly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in child care or babysitting preferred
• Basic knowledge of child development and safety practices
• Patience, responsibility, and a caring attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)

Pay: ₹18,868.20 - ₹25,000.00 per month
