Home Collection Phlebotomist — Field Operations
Location: Hyderabad | Type: Full-time, Permanent| Salary: Up to ₹20,000 + TA + Incentives
What You'll Do
- Collect blood samples from patients at their homes via venipuncture or finger-sticks
- Perform rapid testing of collected samples
- Verify patient identity using their documents before collection
- Label vials accurately and match specimens to the correct patients
- Pack and prepare samples for safe transportation
- Maintain records of patient details, blood volume drawn, and test findings
- Clean, maintain, and calibrate blood drawing and testing equipment
- Follow aseptic techniques and standard operating procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years in phlebotomy or sample collection
- Skills: Knowledge of diagnostic tests, testing protocols, and equipment usage
- Patient Care: Ability to assist patients, answer their questions, and deliver excellent service
- Compliance: Knowledge of biomedical waste management
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Travel: Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for home collections
Requirements
- Education: MLT / DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc Nursing
- License: Valid Driving License (mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in phlebotomy (mandatory)
- Language: Hindi, Telugu, English
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
