RARE Real Estate is a modern, high-growth real estate brokerage operating across pre-construction and resale in the GTA and Miami. Our internal marketing function operates as a brand and creative studio embedded within the brokerage, working directly with developers, leadership, and top-performing agents to drive both project launches and brokerage growth.
We partner with some of the GTA's leading developers on high-profile pre-construction communities, while also building the RARE brand and the personal brands of our leadership through corporate marketing, campaigns, and strategic creative.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Brand & Creative Manager to own creative execution across two equally important mandates: developer and pre-construction marketing, and brokerage brand and growth.
This role reports to the VP of Marketing and works closely with leadership across both verticals. The right person brings strong design fundamentals, fluency with AI creative tools, and the instinct to build brands, not just produce assets.
What You'll Own
Developer & Pre-Construction Marketing
- Creative execution for new development launches
- Brochures, sales decks, signage, and campaign assets
- Branding and positioning of real estate projects entering the market
- Visual storytelling across multi-phase developments
- Collaboration with developers, sales teams, and internal leadership
Brokerage Brand & Growth Marketing
- Corporate brand campaigns that drive agent attraction and market presence
- Social media strategy and content execution across all brokerage channels
- Supporting leadership's personal brand and thought leadership content
- High-level creative support for agent-facing initiatives at a corporate level
- Digital and print assets that elevate RARE's profile in competitive markets
- Ongoing development of marketing systems, templates, and brand consistency
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Owning design and execution of high-end marketing materials across print, digital, and social
- Taking projects from concept through delivery with strong independent judgment
- Managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Developing creative concepts that support launches, growth, and brand positioning
- Bringing proactive ideas, not just executing briefs
- Ensuring consistency across every visual and marketing touchpoint
What We're Looking For
Required
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 4+ years in a professional design or creative role
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Strong social media content creation skills, including short-form video
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in creative workflows — this is not optional
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities independently
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high personal standard for quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a real ownership mindset
Strong Assets
- Real estate, development, or agency experience
- Experience building personal or corporate brands through social content
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut for video production
- Canva for fast-turn asset production and iteration
- Experience with Meta and Google Ads creative
- WordPress or website content management
- Photography or visual production experience

You will work on high-profile real estate development launches from day one. You will also help shape the brokerage's presence in the market and the personal brands of its leadership. This is not a production role. It is a creative ownership role in a company that moves fast, builds real things, and expects you to contribute at a high level.

- $75,000 – $90,000+ annually, based on experience
