From on-site video shoots to 3D rendering, motion design, and final editing, you will play a crucial role. This position is ideal for individuals well-versed in modern social media content, cinematic videography, and advanced visual storytelling. Previous experience in real estate is not mandatory; however, proficiency in videography, editing, motion design, and 3D visualization is required.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Plan and execute on-site video shoots for properties and lifestyle content
• Capture cinematic footage of interiors, exteriors, and project environments
• Manage camera setup, lighting, composition, and framing
• Produce high-quality Instagram Reels, social media videos, and marketing creatives
• Create 3D architectural visuals and walkthroughs (interior and exterior)
• Develop 3D motion animations such as building fly-throughs, floor plan animations, and cinematic transitions
• Edit videos with high retention pacing, strong hooks, and engaging storytelling
• Add VFX elements such as sky replacement, environmental enhancements, and cinematic effects
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to drive engagement and lead generation

• Advanced expertise in videography and shoot planning
