AEC Marketing Manager

We are representing a Top-Tier Global AEC Firm currently searching for a Proposal Manager for their Maryland operations. This is a leadership-track role managing high-stakes, multi-million dollar pursuits from start to finish. We are looking for a strategic storyteller who can lead a multi-disciplinary team through complex procurement processes and high-pressure deadlines. salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pursuits for high-value projects, ensuring all submittals are compliant and strategic.
• Partner with leadership to develop win themes and translate technical data into persuasive narratives.
• Direct visual strategy, overseeing sophisticated layouts and high-end graphic production.
• Manage cross-functional teams and partners to ensure all pursuit milestones are met.
• Maintain pipeline integrity and pursuit data within the company CRM.

Skills

• Adobe InDesign (2 years of experience is preferred)
• Adobe Illustrator (2 years of experience is preferred)
• CRM
• Proposal Management (4 years of experience is required)
