Role: HR Executive Location: Plant , Khopoli, Raigad District, Maharashtra Experience: 1–3 years Compensation: 4–5 LPA CTC Reporting To: HOD – HR The junior HR manager handles day-to-day HR operations: attendance processing, recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, employee records, and compliance support. Without this role, the HOD HR is buried in operational tasks and cannot focus on IR, strategy, and system building JOB PURPOSE - To manage daily HR operations: attendance monitoring, recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, HR documentation, payroll inputs, contractor attendance support, statutory record maintenance, and employee engagement support. This is the operational backbone of the plant HR function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor daily attendance: process biometric data, track leave, flag absenteeism, and prepare attendance MIS.
- Coordinate recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage candidate communication.
- Manage onboarding: prepare joining kits, conduct induction, complete documentation, and ensure new joinees are integrated smoothly.
- Maintain employee records: personal files, appointment letters, ID cards, emergency contacts, and qualification documents.
- Prepare payroll inputs: attendance data, overtime records, deductions, new joinee details, and exit settlements for accounts.
- Support contractor attendance: verify contractor labour attendance, cross-check with contractor records, and flag discrepancies.
- Maintain statutory records: registers under Factory Act, PF/ESIC records, bonus register, leave register.
- Handle employee queries: leave balances, payslip clarifications, policy queries, and general HR enquiries.
- Support disciplinary documentation: prepare show cause notices, warning letters, and maintain disciplinary records.
- Coordinate employee engagement: organise festivals, health check-ups, safety day activities.
- Maintain HR MIS data: headcount, vacancies, joinings, exits, attendance trends.
- Support exit process: collect resignation, schedule exit interview with HOD, coordinate F&F Experience: 1-3 years in HR operations in manufacturing or any organised sector with attendance and compliance exposure.
Industry Exposure: Any industry with structured HR.
Manufacturing preferred Plant Types: Any factory or office with systematic HR processes.
Education: MBA (HR) or BBA (HR) or any graduate with HR experience.
Technical Skills: Attendance management, recruitment basics, documentation, payroll input preparation, basic knowledge of PF/ESIC/labour laws.
Software / ERP: HRMS/attendance system. Excel for MIS. Basic ERP.
Communication: Hindi/Marathi for employee interaction. English for documentation and correspondence
