Senior Salesforce Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the development and deployment of a sophisticated CRM application designed for high-stakes inspection and investigation modules. In this role, you will be responsible for building robust Salesforce components, managing environment configurations, and ensuring the seamless integration of complex data systems to support public safety and regulatory workflows.

Pay Rate: $66.4-$73.08/Hr

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce (CRM) applications, modules, and custom components to support specific investigation and inspection workflows.
• Integrate Salesforce with multiple business systems using advanced data integration tools and patterns.
• Lead the onboarding of development resources and coordinate environment setups and configurations.
• Actively participate in agile stand-ups with Product Owners, manage bug fixes, and oversee AppExchange deployments.
• Maintain rigorous documentation of deployment activities and technical specifications to ensure system integrity.
• Implement and maintain process controls to minimize risk exposure during transformative program phases.

Qualifications

• Active status as a Salesforce Platform Developer or Platform App Builder.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Visualforce, Apex classes, LWC, Aura components, and Flows.
• 5+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with tools such as Apache Nifi, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Extensive experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Analytics Cloud (Tableau CRM/Einstein).
• 5+ years of experience building native or hybrid mobile applications integrated with Salesforce CRM.
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in large-scale project management, including over 5 years delivering complex technical or cyber-related projects.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, risk management, and influencing stakeholders at all leadership levels.
