Testing & Reconditioning / Repair Engineer

A Testing & Reconditioning Repair Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, diagnosing, repairing, and restoring products or equipment to working condition. This role ensures that defective or returned items meet quality and safety standards before being reused, resold, or redeployed.

• Perform functional testing of products, components, or equipment to identify faults or defects
• Diagnose technical issues using testing tools, manuals, and diagnostic equipment
• Repair or replace faulty parts and components
• Recondition used, damaged, or returned items to restore usability
• Conduct quality checks after repair to ensure proper functioning
• Maintain records of inspections, faults, repairs, and test results
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Use hand tools, electrical tools, and testing instruments effectively
• Coordinate with quality control and production teams
• Ensure repaired products meet company and regulatory standards
• Knowledge of testing procedures and diagnostic methods
• Basic understanding of circuits, mechanical systems, or machinery
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
• Familiarity with testing tools (multimeter, oscilloscopes, gauges, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
