Overview

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teachers for our academic team.

She shall be responsible for educating and caring for young children (typically ages 2–6) ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that supports early childhood development—social, emotional, physical, and cognitive—through play-based and structured learning in a CBSE based curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for Pre-Primary classes
• Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colors, and shapes
• Use creative methods like storytelling, songs, games, and art
• Maintain a safe, clean, and child-friendly classroom environment
• Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment that supports holistic child development.
• Observe and assess each child’s progress and development
• Encourage social interaction, good behavior, and communication skills
• Support children’s emotional and personal growth
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress
• Organize classroom materials and learning resources
• Supervise children during activities, meals, and outdoor play
• Follow school policies and early childhood education guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (e.g., NTT, D.El.Ed, Montessori training)
• Master’s degree with B.Ed
• 4–5 years of teaching experience (Pre-Primary/Primary Grades)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
