Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, hardware, systems, and networks
• Ensure smooth operation of business software, billing systems, and applications
• Monitor wired and wireless networks, security, and data backups
• Handle CCTV, access control, and IT security systems
• Provide technical support to users across departments
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers
• Maintain IT assets, licenses, and documentation
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data protection
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to provide on-call support if required
