Retail Sales Assistant

We are looking for smart, confident, and customer-friendly Sales Executives to join RPJ – Ram Prakash Jewellers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism. Experience in jewellery sales or luxury retail will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in selecting jewellery according to their preferences
• Explaining product details, designs, pricing, and quality
• Maintaining strong customer relationships and providing excellent service
• Handling billing support and showroom presentation
• Understanding customer requirements and achieving sales targets

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, sincere, and hardworking personality
• Basic knowledge of jewellery sales is a plus
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance
• Ability to work in a team and handle customers politely
