Job Summary
Main duties are receiving and sorting incoming goods. Performs receiving duties related to incoming goods, supplier non-conformances, inspection, inventory, & stocking inventory bins. Receiving Return Material Authorizations (RMA's). Manually packing, label and ensure documentation is correct for all orders to be shipped. Prepares all production orders for shipping, consolidates order components, and matches materials to order requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive goods by inspecting the packages for any sign of damage.
- Validate/Count received goods against packing slips & enter quantities in Oracle ERP system
- Replenish and distribute received inventory to appropriate production locations.
- Perform Cycle counts of material at inventory locations when required.
- Follow supplier non-conformance processes for any issues when receiving material
- Receive Return Materials Authorizations (RMA's) & Rentals in Oracle ERP system
- Tag RMA/Rental shipments and deliver goods to designated department.
- Recording any waybill information that may be needed for collect shipments
- Manually pack, label, and ensure documentation is correct for all orders to be shipped.
- Match paperwork to materials, & review orders for completeness & accuracy.
- Facilitate rush orders and notify Shipping Coordinator of any major problems.
- Complete all necessary activities (packing / labeling) to ensure that orders are assembled, packed, and labeled to meet customer shipping requirements.
- Interface with Oracle ERP System to complete all shipping processes.
- Manage/Order Packaging Material when required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education: College Diploma / Certificate in Supply Chain Field
Experience
Required: - Manufacturing, Warehouse, Shipping / Receiving knowledge
- Some Microsoft Office & Adobe Software Experience
Preferred: - Domestic & international shipping experience. Oracle Experience
Communication: Must be fluent in English.
Physical Demands:
(If applicable)
Must be able to lift 30-40lbs of products daily for receiving/material handling, packaging, & shipping
Must be able to lift 55-60 lbs. products occasionally.
Mental Demands:
Fast paced, working towards critical deadlines.
