Job Title: Logistics Manager

Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Busy Software and a strong understanding of dispatch planning, inventory control, and transportation management to ensure smooth and cost-effective logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor end-to-end logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
• Manage transportation vendors, negotiate freight rates, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement using Busy Software.
• Ensure proper documentation such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport records.
• Track shipments and resolve any delays or logistical issues proactively.
• Monitor warehouse operations including storage, handling, and dispatch processes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Analyze logistics data and prepare reports for management review.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics within the manufacturing industry.
• Mandatory experience in Busy Software for inventory and billing management.
• Strong knowledge of dispatch planning, inventory control, and transportation management.
• Familiarity with GST, e-way bill system, and logistics documentation.
• Excellent coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling bulk dispatch and dealer distribution networks.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with focus on cost optimization and efficiency.
