Position: L2 Infrastructure Engineer AIX/Linux & Clustering

Budget (CTC): 15-20 Lacs

Experience: 8-10+ years

Key Responsibility:

נInstallation, upgrade, patching, and troubleshooting of IBM AIX, RHEL, and SUSE Linux

נConfiguration and management of High Availability solutions (IBM PowerHA, SUSE HA, Red Hat HA)

נDatabase and application cluster integration (SAP HANA, Oracle, SAP ASE)

נManagement of IBM infrastructure (Power Systems, Flash System)

נBackup administration using IBM Spectrum Protect

נSAN zoning and troubleshooting (Brocade/Cisco)

נHardware installation (servers, storage, SAN, network switches)SAP HANA backup, restore, system replication, and DR failover testing

Required Skills

נStrong AIX and Linux administration

נHands-on clustering(PowerHA / Pacemaker)

נSAP HANA and database HA integration

נIBM Storage and SAN experience

נBackup and recovery operations

נStrong troubleshooting and communication skills

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in IT / Engineering

IBM / Red Hat / SUSE certifications preferred

ITIL Foundation (Good to Have)
