F&B Manager (India)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B; Manager to oversee the entire food and beverage operation, including restaurant, bar, and events for our BUMI Restobar in Thiruvananthapuram. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective F&B; strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

2. Manage and motivate a diverse team of F&B; staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.

3. Oversee the development and execution of menus, beverage programs, and promotions.

4. Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all F&B; areas.

5. Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform F&B; decisions.

6. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or related field.

2. Minimum 12-15 years of experience in F&B; management, preferably in a restaurant or bar environment.

3. Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

7. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and financial management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Certification in food safety, hospitality management, or related field.

2. Experience with menu engineering, beverage programs, and promotions.
