Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Node.js Backend Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing web development team. Our company specializes in building high-quality websites and web applications for clients. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing secure, scalable, and efficient backend systems. The candidate should also have basic knowledge of React.js to understand frontend integration and collaboration with the frontend team. Good English communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and high integrity toward work are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Design and manage server-side logic, databases, and API integrations.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs with React.js applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable backend code.
• Perform proper testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure reliable applications.
• Integrate third-party services and REST APIs.
• Ensure security, data protection, and application performance.
• Work closely with designers, frontend developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Use modern AI tools and technologies to improve development efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Node.js backend development.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and REST API development.
• Experience working with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of React.js to understand frontend-backend integration.
• Strong understanding of testing, debugging, and bug fixing.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to maintain high code integrity, delivering secure, original, and well-tested code.
• Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and responsibility toward work.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

AI Knowledge (Mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of AI “Antigravity” and modern AI tools is mandatory.
• The candidate should know how to effectively use AI technologies to enhance coding, testing, debugging, and development workflows.
