Job Title : Java Production Support EngineerLocation : HyderabadExperience : 5+ YearsJob Description : We are looking for a Java Production Support Engineer to support and maintain critical production applications. The role involves monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring application stability in a live environment.Key Responsibilities : - Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications.- Monitor application performance and system health using monitoring tools.- Investigate and resolve production incidents, alerts, and performance issues.- Perform log analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and troubleshooting.- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and DBA teams to resolve issues.- Support production deployments, batch monitoring, and release activities.- Manage tickets and incidents through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.- Ensure adherence to SLA and incident management processes.Required Skills : - Strong experience in Java application support.- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix and SQL.- Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis.- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).- Experience with production support, troubleshooting, and application monitoring.Preferred Skills : - Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar monitoring tools.- Exposure to banking or financial domain applications.- Knowledge of shell scripting or automation.
