• Make outbound calls to builders, contractors, and customers for Non-Trade Cement sales.
• Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
• Prepare and maintain daily calling reports and customer databases.
• Share customer requirements and order details with the sales team.
• Prepare and submit daily dispatch reports.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely delivery of orders.
• Send emails for code opening and customer registration processes.
• Collect and verify required customer documents.
• Share customer documents with concerned officers for approval and processing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• *Requirements:**
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be preferred.
