Senior Video Editor and Graphic Designer

We re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. In this role, you ll bring ideas to life through engaging videos and eye-catching graphics that showcase our RADIUS platform to global enterprise audiences. You ll work closely with the marketing and product teams to shape our visual storytelling across digital channels, while also mentoring junior creatives and driving consistency across brand assets.

This role is ideal for someone who blends strong creative vision with hands-on production expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce promotional, how-to, explainer, and social media videos for RADIUS and other brand initiatives
• Design graphic elements such as thumbnails, banners, infographics, and social media creatives
• Develop motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects for marketing content
• Lead storyboarding and visual concept development for new video ideas and campaigns
• Optimize video and graphic content for various platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X etc.)
• Maintain organized project files, manage media asset libraries, and handle multiple revisions efficiently
• Collaborate with marketing, product teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Champion brand consistency and visual identity across all creative outputs
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the team s creative standards and workflows
• Stay updated with creative trends, industry formats, and emerging editing techniques

Requirements

• 3 5 years of experience in video editing and graphic design, preferably for B2B or tech brands
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Robust portfolio/showreel demonstrating video production and design work across formats
• Deep understanding of motion graphics, color correction, sound syncing, and visual storytelling
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate marketing briefs into compelling visuals
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualification

• Experience producing explainer videos, product walkthroughs, or SaaS marketing content
• Familiarity with audio editing and sound design fundamentals
• Working knowledge of screen flows
• Experience coordinating with external agencies, freelancers, or production partners
• Exposure to brand design systems and creative ops workflows
