Position: Operational Data Steward - Hybrid Role (Entry Level).

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Location: Plainsboro NJ 08536

Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00/ Hr on W2

Description

MUST HAVES:

Must be tech savvy with the ability to navigate systems and possess moderate Excel skills including use of find function and creation of pivot tables. Experience working in a team environment is required.

Nice to Have

Experience working with data management systems and/or master data platforms is preferred. Candidates with an analytical background tend to perform well in this high-volume environment.

Job Role:

• Serve as a Data Steward for Healthcare Customers, including Professionals and Organizations
• Consolidate duplicate records and maintain accurate master data
• Ensure all required identifiers are included on consolidated records
• Investigate and validate potential affiliations between healthcare professionals and organizations
• Address and resolve field data change requests
• Support data management functions within the team
• Organize, review, and analyze multiple data sources
• Perform data quality assurance activities
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates and releases
• Provide ad-hoc support to team members as needed
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of coursework toward a degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong computer proficiency
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and IF statements
• Ability to work independently with excellent communication and writing skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to multitask and transition between assignments quickly
• Experience in customer master data and data analysis is preferred, ideally within healthcare or regulated industry environments
