Job Description
As part of a cross-functional team at Radian Generation, your role is to support the management of client's renewable energy assets and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Your key responsibilities include:
- Gain expertise in commercial, contractual, regulatory, and reporting obligations of renewable energy assets
- Assist in tracking and fulfilling ongoing tasks and deliverables
- Create and prepare performance and analytical reports for projects
- Support ad-hoc technical and financial analysis
- Coordinate with various teams for project performance tracking and data analysis
- Manage document administration and data rooms
- Assist in regulatory compliance obligations and financial tracking
- Participate in creating new SOP's and updating existing ones
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Organize meetings and potentially lead discussions
- Provide excellent customer service internally and externally
- Lead small projects and activities
- Train and assist newer team members
- Drive resolution of straightforward problems
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Renewable Energy Industry knowledge
- Ability to liaise with clients professionally
- Team player with effective interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proactive and adaptable to changes
- Passion for learning and problem-solving
- Basic accounting and budget management knowledge
Required Qualifications & Education:
- Experience in renewable energy asset management or operations
- Educational background in renewable energy
- Experience with PV, wind, or BESS equipment
- Familiarity with Community Solar management
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- B.E. or B.Tech from a reputed university
- Work experience in renewable energy/power generation
Required Software Knowledge:
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe PDF toolsets
- Familiarity with asset management software systems
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years working with renewable energy assets
- Business writing experience
- Experience with commercial renewable energy contracts
- Data analysis, reporting, and presentation experience
- Experience with a U.S. based company
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of solar PV, wind, or BESS equipment
- Experience in C & I and utility-scale renewable energy projects
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
