Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a marketing specialist who will own end to end planning and execution of ATL and BTL initiatives while bringing a strong digital first mindset to the role. The individual will be responsible for translating brand and business objectives into integrated campaigns across offline and online channels, with a sharp focus on digital media buying, performance optimization, and measurable impact. This includes managing media planning and buying across platforms such as search, social, and programmatic, driving efficient budget allocation, and continuously improving ROI through data led decisions.
The role will also lead digital content strategy and execution, ensuring that all assets across platforms are insight driven, on brand, and optimized for engagement and conversion. Social media management will be a key mandate, including content calendars, community engagement, and performance tracking. The specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution across ATL and BTL touchpoints, maintain consistency in messaging, and deliver on timelines.
Strong analytical capability, hands on execution, and the ability to balance creative thinking with performance rigor are critical to success in this role.
