We’re particularly looking for someone who comes from a consulting background and brings strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence and personality to engage clients and build lasting relationships.

Expectations

• Lead and support the design, implementation, and optimisation of CRM solutions across a range of projects.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders
• Project Leading and management
• Translate business needs into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions
• Configure and customise core CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
• Support end-to-end implementations from design through to go-live
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migrations
• Deliver workshops, demos, and user training sessions
• Provide ongoing system improvements and optimisation recommendations
• Ensure best practices and governance are followed

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience with Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
• Strong functional expertise across core CRM modules
• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle implementations
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in consulting/client-facing roles (preferred)
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications (nice to have)
