Specialist Trainer- Instructional Designer & Content Development.

This individual must be self-driven, self-learner and people oriented. Should have great command over verbal and written English communication along with the capability and confidence to interface effectively with senior leaders. The candidate must possess experience for eLearning and video development tools such as Articulate Studio/Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, VYOND and other ID/content development Tools.

Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Connect is highly preferred. Familiarity with gamification, xAPI, online learning and learning technologies is nice to have.

Required Skills

Minimum 8 years of work experience, with at least 4+ years in training function and 4+ years as instructional designer

Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills for the purpose of eLearning content development and stakeholder communication (hands-on experience in ID and authoring tools is a MUST)

Excellent hands-on knowledge of rapid authoring tools Articulate Storyline (3, 360, Rise), Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Animate, PowToon.

Experience in graphic design, video design and development skills

Familiarity with gamification, xAPI, online learning and learning technologies

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to handle multiple projects, often with conflicting deadlines

Experience measuring and reporting on business impact of training initiatives

Attention to detail & analytical skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Decision making and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated and self-driven with a knack for continuously upskilling self.

Work Mode: Hybrid.

Shift Timings : 2PM-11PM / Flexibility to work in all shifts.
