Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur. The role involves responsibilities such as conducting audits, preparing financial statements, performing financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The successful candidate will regularly interact with clients, maintain accurate records, and assist in project-based assignments to support team objectives within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating financial data and identifying discrepancies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction and reporting
• Knowledge of finance and financial processes, including expertise in financial statements and accounting principles
• Proficiency in auditing practices and standards, with attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Degree or ongoing education in Chartered Accountancy (CA) or Company Secretaryship (CS) is a significant advantage
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office tools will be beneficial
