What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns through phone calls and email correspondence
- Provide exceptional customer service to bolster sales efforts and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with Outside Sales Representatives (OSR) to strengthen customer relationships and work collectively towards achieving sales targets
- Manage the entire order process from initiation to delivery, including order tracking and recommending complementary products
- Make strategic recommendations to increase the adoption of private label products and digital solutions
- Support OSRs in developing account growth strategies and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while assisting with various customer operations
- Efficiently resolve day-to-day customer issues, whether working remotely or from company offices as required
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 2 years' Sales or Customer Service experience, preferably in building materials
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
- Effective interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for business purposes.
- Comfort with extended periods of desk work and heavy phone/email communication
