About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced AI Solution Consultant to join our AI Solution Factory team. In this role, you will work as part of a five-person dedicated client team. You leverage your expertise in healthcare operations and innovative technologies to drive AI-powered operational transformations at health systems leveraging Qventus’ AI Operational Assistant platform. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Qventus R&D leadership as well as embed with client operational, executive, and IT teams to shape solutions that deliver measurable value.
This is a high-impact role that will influence our AI Operational Assistant platform, strengthen customer outcomes, and shape our company’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of client context and Qventus capabilities to identify high-leverage opportunities for rapid impact with bespoke AI Operational Assistant workflows
- Partner with client executive leadership to shape an AI Roadmap to guide their transformation journey. Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable product requirements for development teams.
- In partnership with client finance teams, develop credible proformas and ROI analyses of each bespoke use cases. Use these proformas in partnership with client leadership as part of the selection criteria process for use case development.
- Collaborate closely with Qventus architects, engineers, and data scientists, as well as client end-users and IT teams to define and refine product requirements. Ensure alignment and efficient product development.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback
- Manage the product launch and ensure a seamless customer experience that balances simplicity, rigor, and delight
- Train end-users on new processes and drive change management initiatives in partnership with the client.
- Mentor and support cross-functional teammates across forward-deployed client team
- Deliver and communicate a cohesive product vision that aligns with company and client goals
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product management, client management, and/or consulting in the healthcare industry
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
- Technology enthusiast; hands-on experience with exploring Generative AI technologies
- A systems thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail
- High customer empathy and passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems
