Job Description

Quincy Management, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to employees across multiple company locations. This role supports day-to-day IT operations by assisting users with hardware, software, and system issues while helping maintain company technology systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
  • Setup and configure computers, laptops, and peripheral equipment
  • Assist employees with company software programs and applications
  • Maintain documentation related to systems and technical procedures
  • Assist with setup and maintenance of network components
  • Travel occasionally between company worksites to provide support

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware and common business software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • IT coursework, certification, or help desk experience preferred
