Job Description
Quincy Management, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to employees across multiple company locations. This role supports day-to-day IT operations by assisting users with hardware, software, and system issues while helping maintain company technology systems.
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
- Setup and configure computers, laptops, and peripheral equipment
- Assist employees with company software programs and applications
- Maintain documentation related to systems and technical procedures
- Assist with setup and maintenance of network components
- Travel occasionally between company worksites to provide support
What We’re Looking For
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests
- Working knowledge of computer hardware and common business software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- IT coursework, certification, or help desk experience preferred
