Role Overview

We are hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide remote psychiatric assessment, medication management, and ongoing care. The role combines clinical expertise with empathetic patient engagement — supporting members across the spectrum of mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans via telehealth

Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications with appropriate monitoring

Coordinate care with therapists, primary care providers, and other clinicians

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR

Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state licensure, and DEA requirements

Participate in clinical case consultation and continuing education

Required Skills and Qualifications

Active PMHNP certification and state licensure (in compact states or relevant jurisdictions)

Active DEA registration

Master's or doctoral degree in nursing

2+ years post-certification psychiatric practice experience

Strong telehealth experience

Familiarity with EHR systems and e-prescribing platforms
