Job Description
Prepare technical & commercial proposals for analytical and process monitoring systems.
Review RFQs/RFPs and ensure full technical compliance.
Create BOMs, datasheets, and technical documents.
Select & design sampling systems, and system components based on customer needs.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and OEM vendors for technical clarifications.
Prepare costing sheets, pricing, and margin evaluations.
Support sales teams in customer meetings and presentations.
Maintain documentation as per company standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Instrumentation, Electrical , Electronics, Bsc Instrumentation
0–2+ years’ experience in proposal engineering for automation/ instrumentation systems.
Good understanding of technical specs and technologies.
Strong skills in MS Office, costing, BOM creation, and technical writing.
Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple proposals.

Strong Automation/Instrumentation and problem-solving skills
Good communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
