As a lead, you will be responsible for managing one or multiple teams from the point of Delivery excellence, Customer Management, people management (Hiring, career development and engagement), Fulfil incremental growth, Develop proactive proposals

• Bachelors (Mech.) / Masters (Thermal) degree with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Must have good knowledge in heat transfer and Aero engines.
• Domain knowledge in Gas turbines is must.
• Estimation of 1D compressible flow and HTC using hand calculations.
• Experience in Thermal tools like MSC Software Patran Pre/post, P/thermal, ANSYS NGT-thermal and Hypermesh is must.
• Experience in Thermal model conversion study, data match and thermal model validations studies are must.
• Experience in Thermal analysis for Aero engine LPT component is plus.
• Experience in non-conformance assessment for CASE and Nozzle component of Aero engine is Plus.
• Experience in CFD analysis is plus
• Value addition initiatives for organization and customer by identifying, initiating and implementing the automation/productivity improvement opportunities.
• Ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries for all projects.
• Perform the role of Project leader and be the main point of contact for both Customer & internal Stakeholders.
• Maintaining Customer Tech Lead Relationship
• Drive Customer Technical Meetings
• Operational Support to Hiring, Training and Capability Development of the team
• Willingness to travel aboard

Work Experience

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience is Thermal tools like MSC software Patran Pre/post , ANSYS NGT and Hypermodel.
• Convergence Trouble shooting Expertise in FEA tools like Ansys and Hypermesh
• Good to have exposure to customer specific tools like Siesta, ANSYS NGT
• In-depth knowledge in finite element analysis (FEA), thermal analysis, heat transfer, fluid and gas flow dynamics, and manufacturability to properly verify new and existing designs.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver design reviews, understanding of various stages of product development processes and ability to work in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Must have experience of managing customer engagements independently.
• Excellent Communication Skills and Stakeholder Management
• Japanese Language N4/N5 Certification is added advantage
• Understanding any programming language like VBA, Python will be helpful
