Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and driven Strategy & M&A Expert to work closely with the leadership team in shaping and executing the Quess 2.0 strategic roadmap.
This role will play a key part in corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and high-impact strategic initiatives, while supporting executive decision-making.
The position offers high visibility and direct exposure to CXOs, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to work on complex strategic projects and business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Corporate Development
- Develop business cases, growth strategies, and market entry plans for new business opportunities.
- Conduct industry and competitive research across sectors such as staffing, GCCs, healthcare, Japan/APAC markets, and emerging technology ecosystems.
- Support long-range strategic planning and annual strategy cycles.
- Prepare board-level presentations, strategy documents, and CEO/CFO briefing decks.
2.Mergers & Acquisitions / Investments
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets in India and international markets.
- Build financial models including DCF, comparable analysis, IRR, and payback evaluations.
- Conduct commercial due diligence, including market sizing, competitive landscape, and strategic fit analysis.
- Coordinate with investment bankers, advisors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders during transactions.
3. Strategic Projects & Execution PMO
- Drive execution of high-priority strategic initiatives, including:
- Track KPIs, project milestones, risks, and outcomes across initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with business leaders, finance, HR, operations, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
4. CXO Office Support
- Support board meetings, investor discussions, and executive reviews.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, providing insights and structured analysis for key decisions.
Experience
- 3–6 years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or founder’s office roles.
- Proven ability to work on complex problem solving and strategic projects.
Education
- Preferred: IIT / IIM / ISB / XLRI / Symbiosis or other top-tier institutions.
- CA (First Attempt) candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong candidates from Tier-2 institutions with high-quality experience will also be considered.

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel).
